ON FIRE FOR GOD - SOME THROUGH THE FIRE
Shadrach, Meshach and Abednego were on fire for God, literally! But they certainly weren't alone. When Nebuchadnezzar peered into the fiery furnace and saw four men loose, walking in the midst of the fire with the fourth liken upon the Son of God, his reaction went something like this, "Whoops."
Along Life's Pathway, you know what it is like to work hard - to work diligently in getting something great accomplished for God. Towards the end of your hard work, generally, someone sticks their finger into your pie. They may even top YOUR pie with whipping cream and boldly claim it to be their project for God, completely ignoring your dedicated efforts.
If this sounds familiar, you may be experiencing a test by fire from God, just as Shadrach, Meshach and Abednego endured. Always keep in mind that God is in the midst. How can He not be when He's forged into our heats and souls?
Strive to focus on God and count on Him alone to deal with others who create stress and strife for you. They just may do a double-take when they look at you and perhaps glimpse more than just you standing in the midst - and that's truly a great ''whoops' moment....
