Monkey Man at Zoo Identified as Missing Organ Grinder, a Humorous Story
Ebook Nook's Tickle Feather has learned the whereabouts of music man, Jack Downerzephinfire in a late breaking story. Jack went missing about five months ago and it appears that he has turned up at the local zoo where he has been impersonating a monkey.
Jack appeared to be in great need of a shave and a haircut.
Other than personal housekeeping needs, Jack was in amazingly fit shape for a man who had been living off of bananas, monkey chow and fleas for the past five months.
Asked why he had sought solace at the local zoo, Jack replied, "My monkey made me do it. I simply got tired of Rico getting all the attention when I was doing all the work. I had to grind my organ all day long while all he had to do was look cute and hold out a tin can. I just got sick of it all and I thought, if Rico could live the life of a slacker, then so could I."
Zoo officials do not plan to press charges and claim that Jack has become one of the larger attractions at the zoo. They have even extended him an offer to return if he so desires.
Jack is planning to do just that after he enjoys a good Mexican meal at his favorite restaurant.
We tried to locate Rico for his side of the story but we learned that he joined a traveling circus shortly after Jack vanished and he works for peanuts now.
