A bit of ribbon in hues of your wedding colors, a thatch of fresh flowers – either silk or real, and a bit of greenery are all it takes to create a beautiful bouquet. Or, opt to purchase an inexpensive bunch of flowers at the market. Cut them down to size on the day of the wedding, then band them together with floral wire and ribbon. Omit the ribbon and place the short stems in a glass of water in the fridge to keep them at their best. Remove just before the wedding ceremony and attach the ribbon. You can save enough money on your bouquet to spend another night in your honeymoon hotel, lodge or cabin.
